- Local and international advertising.
Your property will be advertised in the local
papers, on the world
wide web with our up to date Available
List, featuring pictures and descriptions of the property, posted in a take one box located outside our
office and sent to real estate professionals.
- Qualifying tenants.
We are online and able to pull current credit reports on all
applicants. Income verification, previous tenancy, and our move-in
requirements of first months rent, last months prepaid rent and a security
deposit equal to one months rent all contribute to our ability to place
financially capable tenants in your property.
- Maintenance is handled by local licensed and insured
professionals.
We work only with professional
and experienced vendors in the area to keep your property in the best
possible condition in order to obtain the highest and best price for your
rental property.
- Monthly accounting to owners.
Each month owners
receive their statements along with the current months draw. Our goal is to
send the statements on or before the 20th of each month. This allows 100%
Management, Inc. to verify funds prior to sending funds to the owner. The
statement is a complete accounting of all the current months
activities.
- Yearly statements of account.
During the month of
January, in addition to the usual monthly statements, we send a complete
recap of the previous years activity and a month-by-month cash flow statement
containing the yearly totals for tax preparation purposes.
